Bienvenido a Namilin OFC. Al utilizar nuestros servicios, aceptas los siguientes términos y condiciones. Lee este documento detenidamente antes de usar la plataforma.
1. Cuenta de Usuario y Acceso
Para acceder a ciertas funcionalidades de la plataforma, es necesario registrarse creando una cuenta de usuario.
- Registro: El usuario debe proporcionar un nombre, una dirección de correo electrónico válida y crear una contraseña segura.
- Credenciales: El usuario es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso (correo y contraseña). Cualquier actividad realizada desde su cuenta será su responsabilidad.
- Verificación y Recuperación: El sistema puede generar códigos para validar la cuenta o recuperar el acceso. Es responsabilidad del usuario resguardar estos códigos.
2. ¿Qué Servicios Ofrecemos Realmente?
Namilin OFC es una plataforma de herramientas digitales independiente. Nuestro propósito y servicios se reducen a:
- NamiChats — Editor de Conversaciones Simuladas: Herramienta de diseño visual 100% local en el navegador, que permite generar maquetas de chats (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, iMessage, Messenger, etc.) con fines creativos, educativos, de guionización y entretenimiento.
- MusicArtist — Portal de Artistas Musicales: Escaparate público de difusión de proyectos musicales independientes, con enlaces a plataformas de streaming oficiales y redes de los propios artistas.
Namilin OFC NO está afiliada, patrocinada ni oficialmente vinculada con Meta Platforms, ByteDance Ltd, Google, Apple, Telegram Messenger, Spotify, YouTube Music ni cualquier otra red social o plataforma de mensajería mostrada como plantilla en NamiChats. Todos los logos, nombres de apps y marcas comerciales mostradas en el editor son propiedad de sus respectivos titulares y se usan únicamente con fines de identificación visual de la interfaz maquetada.
3. Garantía de los Servicios
Nuestras herramientas se proporcionan "tal cual" (as-is) con las garantías comerciales razonables:
- NamiChats: El editor funciona en el navegador del usuario. Garantizamos que el software no contiene código malicioso y que las funcionalidades de exportación (PNG / GIF / Clipboard) se comportan conforme a lo descrito. Dado que los datos no salen del navegador del usuario, no es posible "perder" contenido guardado en localStorage por fallos de nuestros servidores — la responsabilidad del backup recae en el usuario mediante exportaciones manuales.
- MusicArtist: El portal se actualiza conforme a los aportes de los artistas. Nos reservamos el derecho de retirar contenido que infrinja derechos de autor tras una notificación válida.
4. Responsabilidad del Usuario — Uso Ético de NamiChats
Esta es la parte más importante, ya que NamiChats es una herramienta de maquetación que puede malutilizarse. Al utilizar la plataforma, el usuario se compromete a:
- Mantener la confidencialidad y seguridad de sus credenciales de acceso a la plataforma.
- NO utilizar NamiChats para fraude, phishing, suplantación de identidad (impersonación), extorsión, difamación, falsificación de pruebas judiciales, acoso, amenazas o cualquier otra actividad ilegal o que viole los derechos fundamentales de terceros.
- NO presentar una conversación maquetada en NamiChats como si fuera una captura real auténtica para engañar a personas, entidades, bancos, autoridades judiciales ni medios de comunicación.
- Utilizar NamiChats de manera ética y transparente: si se comparte contenido generado públicamente, se recomienda indicar explícitamente que se trata de una maqueta ficticia creada con fines creativos o educativos.
- No subir ni generar contenido que infrinja derechos de autor, marcas, intimidad ajeno, ni que contenga material de abuso infantil, odio, discriminación, xenofobia, racismo, homofobia, transfobia o apología del delito.
- No utilizar nuestros servicios para actividades ilícitas, spam o evasión de restricciones legales.
Exención de responsabilidad por mal uso: Namilin OFC y sus administradores NO serán responsables por ningún daño directo, indirecto, incidental, especial, punitivo o consecuente derivado del uso indebido de NamiChats. El usuario asume la totalidad de la responsabilidad legal y civil sobre el contenido que genera, exporta y comparte con esta herramienta.
5. Pagos, Suscripciones, Cancelaciones y Reembolsos
Versión vigente: 26 de septiembre de 2026.
- Planes y precios. NamiChats Premium se ofrece como suscripción mensual (4,99 USD por mes) o anual (49,99 USD por año). Los precios están en dólares estadounidenses; tu banco o PayPal pueden aplicar conversión de moneda o comisiones propias.
- Procesador de pagos. Los pagos se procesan a través de PayPal. No almacenamos datos de tarjetas ni de cuentas bancarias en nuestros servidores.
- Cuenta obligatoria. Para suscribirte necesitas una cuenta en Namilin OFC; el acceso Premium queda asociado a esa cuenta.
- Entrega inmediata. Premium es un servicio digital que se activa en cuanto PayPal confirma el pago. Al suscribirte, solicitas y aceptas expresamente que el servicio comience de inmediato.
- Renovación automática. La suscripción se renueva y se cobra automáticamente al inicio de cada periodo (mensual o anual) hasta que la canceles.
- Cómo cancelar. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde tu cuenta de PayPal (Configuración → Pagos → Pagos automáticos) o escribiéndonos a [email protected]. La cancelación detiene los cobros futuros y conservas el acceso Premium hasta el final del periodo que ya pagaste.
- Reembolsos. Por tratarse de un servicio digital de acceso inmediato, no se realizan reembolsos por cambio de opinión ni por periodos ya utilizados. Sí reembolsaremos: (a) cobros duplicados; (b) cobros realizados después de una cancelación hecha correctamente; y (c) fallas técnicas atribuibles a nosotros que te impidan usar Premium y que no logremos resolver en un plazo razonable. Solicítalo a [email protected] indicando el correo de tu cuenta y el ID de la transacción.
- Tus derechos legales. Nada de lo anterior limita los derechos que te otorga la ley aplicable, incluido, cuando proceda, el derecho de retracto previsto en el Estatuto del Consumidor de Colombia (Ley 1480 de 2011) o en la normativa de tu país.
- Disputas y contracargos. Si tienes un problema con un cobro, escríbenos primero: lo resolveremos lo antes posible. Si el pago es reembolsado, revertido o abres un contracargo, el acceso Premium se desactiva y la suscripción se cancela. Para atender reclamaciones conservamos un registro del uso del servicio asociado a tu cuenta (fechas de acceso, exportaciones realizadas, direcciones IP y aceptación de estos términos), tal como se describe en la Política de Privacidad.
- Cambios de precio. Si modificamos los precios, te avisaremos con antelación. El cambio no afecta al periodo que ya pagaste.
- Donaciones. Las donaciones a Namilin OFC son voluntarias, independientes de la suscripción y no generan contraprestación.
6. MusicArtist — Derechos y Uso del Contenido
En relación al portal de artistas:
- Cada artista o sello discográfico asociado es el único titular de los derechos de sus temas, carátulas, logos y fotografías que aparecen en /musicartist.
- Los enlaces de streaming redirigen a las plataformas oficiales. Namilin OFC no aloja material protegido sin autorización.
- Cualquier reclamación de derechos de autor debe realizarse por escrito a [email protected] adjuntando la prueba de titularidad.
7. Propiedad Intelectual de la Plataforma
Todo el código fuente original del sitio (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frontend y backend), el diseño gráfico del portal, el logo de Namilin OFC y el nombre comercial "NamiChats" son propiedad exclusiva de Namilin OFC. Queda prohibida su reproducción, redistribución o reventa sin autorización escrita expresa.
Las marcas de terceros mostradas como plantillas visuales en NamiChats (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) son propiedad de sus respectivos titulares y su representación en el editor se limita a la identificación visual de la interfaz, de conformidad con el principio de nominativa fair-use.
8. Modificaciones del Servicio y de los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones, así como de actualizar, retirar o mejorar funcionalidades de la plataforma en cualquier momento. El uso continuado del servicio después de la publicación de cambios implica la aceptación tácita de los nuevos términos.
9. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes aplicables de la República de Colombia. Cualquier disputa que no pueda resolverse amistosamente será sometida a los juzgados y tribunales competentes en la jurisdicción donde radique Namilin OFC.

Welcome to Namilin OFC. By using our services, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.
1. User Account and Access
To access certain features of the platform, you must sign up by creating a user account.
- Sign-up: The user must provide a name and a valid email address, and create a secure password.
- Credentials: The user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from their account is their responsibility.
- Verification and Recovery: The system may generate codes to validate the account or recover access. The user is responsible for keeping these codes safe.
2. What Services Do We Actually Offer?
Namilin OFC is an independent digital tools platform. Our purpose and services are limited to:
- NamiChats — Simulated Conversation Editor: A visual design tool that runs 100% locally in the browser and lets you create chat mockups (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, iMessage, Messenger, etc.) for creative, educational, scriptwriting and entertainment purposes.
- MusicArtist — Music Artist Portal: A public showcase promoting independent music projects, with links to official streaming platforms and the artists' own social networks.
Namilin OFC is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by or officially connected to Meta Platforms, ByteDance Ltd, Google, Apple, Telegram Messenger, Spotify, YouTube Music or any other social network or messaging platform shown as a template in NamiChats. All logos, app names and trademarks shown in the editor belong to their respective owners and are used solely to visually identify the mocked-up interface.
3. Service Warranty
Our tools are provided "as is", with reasonable commercial warranties:
- NamiChats: The editor runs in the user's browser. We guarantee that the software contains no malicious code and that the export features (PNG / GIF / Clipboard) behave as described. Since the data never leaves the user's browser, content saved in localStorage cannot be "lost" due to failures on our servers — backing it up through manual exports is the user's responsibility.
- MusicArtist: The portal is updated according to the artists' contributions. We reserve the right to remove content that infringes copyright after a valid notice.
4. User Responsibility — Ethical Use of NamiChats
This is the most important part, since NamiChats is a mockup tool that can be misused. By using the platform, the user agrees to:
- Keep their platform sign-in credentials confidential and secure.
- NOT use NamiChats for fraud, phishing, identity theft (impersonation), extortion, defamation, fabrication of legal evidence, harassment, threats or any other illegal activity or activity that violates the fundamental rights of others.
- NOT present a conversation mocked up in NamiChats as an authentic real screenshot in order to deceive people, organizations, banks, judicial authorities or the media.
- Use NamiChats ethically and transparently: if generated content is shared publicly, it is recommended to state explicitly that it is a fictional mockup created for creative or educational purposes.
- Not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other people's privacy, or that contains child abuse material, hate, discrimination, xenophobia, racism, homophobia, transphobia or incitement to crime.
- Not use our services for illegal activities, spam or to evade legal restrictions.
Disclaimer for misuse: Namilin OFC and its administrators will NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from the misuse of NamiChats. The user assumes full legal and civil responsibility for the content they generate, export and share with this tool.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, Cancellations and Refunds
Version in force: September 26, 2026.
- Plans and prices. NamiChats Premium is offered as a monthly (USD 4.99 per month) or yearly (USD 49.99 per year) subscription. Prices are in US dollars; your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion or their own fees.
- Payment processor. Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not store card or bank account data on our servers.
- Account required. You need a Namilin OFC account to subscribe; Premium access is linked to that account.
- Immediate delivery. Premium is a digital service that is activated as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. By subscribing, you expressly request and agree that the service starts immediately.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews and is charged automatically at the start of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel it.
- How to cancel. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments) or by writing to [email protected]. Canceling stops future charges and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds. Since this is a digital service with immediate access, no refunds are given for a change of mind or for periods already used. We will refund: (a) duplicate charges; (b) charges made after a properly completed cancellation; and (c) technical failures attributable to us that prevent you from using Premium and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Request it at [email protected], including your account email and the transaction ID.
- Your legal rights. Nothing above limits the rights granted to you by applicable law, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal under Colombia's Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) or the laws of your country.
- Disputes and chargebacks. If you have a problem with a charge, please write to us first: we will resolve it as soon as possible. If the payment is refunded or reversed, or you open a chargeback, Premium access is deactivated and the subscription is canceled. To handle claims, we keep a record of the use of the service linked to your account (access dates, exports made, IP addresses and acceptance of these terms), as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Price changes. If we change prices, we will notify you in advance. The change does not affect the period you have already paid for.
- Donations. Donations to Namilin OFC are voluntary, independent of the subscription and do not entitle you to anything in return.
6. MusicArtist — Rights and Use of Content
Regarding the artist portal:
- Each partner artist or record label is the sole owner of the rights to the songs, cover art, logos and photos that appear on /musicartist.
- Streaming links redirect to the official platforms. Namilin OFC does not host protected material without authorization.
- Any copyright claim must be made in writing to [email protected], attaching proof of ownership.
7. Intellectual Property of the Platform
All original source code of the site (HTML, CSS, frontend and backend JavaScript), the graphic design of the portal, the Namilin OFC logo and the trade name "NamiChats" are the exclusive property of Namilin OFC. Their reproduction, redistribution or resale without express written authorization is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks shown as visual templates in NamiChats (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.) belong to their respective owners, and their representation in the editor is limited to the visual identification of the interface, in accordance with the principle of nominative fair use.
8. Changes to the Service and the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, as well as to update, remove or improve platform features at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are published implies tacit acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Namilin OFC is based.
